The Tannoura (Tanoura) dance is a sort of religious dance performed by Sufi men, Dervish. Most probably it is derived from the Sufi whirling in Iran and Turkey, but in our case the men wear multicolored dresses where each color stands for one Sufi order.
The show takes place is a wonderful example of the Islamic architecture dating back to 16th century. We will pass between the Islamic gates which was protected Egypt from enemies
The gates were called (Gate of victory) and (Gate of conquests). Show will be served in wekalet El Ghoury
