You will start your tour with visiting the further point, the temple of KomOmbo, the double temple dedicated to god Sobek, the crocodile god and god Haroeris, Horus the Elder, the10 falcon god, the temple has two identical sections starting from the entrance till the sanctuary. The temple is situated on a plateau overlooking the Nile and it is built of local sandstone.Then you will move to Edfu on your way back to visit the best preserved temple in Egypt, the Temple of Horus in Edfu, it was the place, according to the myths of ancient Egyptians, where Horus killed his uncle, Seth in revenge for the murder of his father
Edfu town is famous for the production of sugar and pottery. Then you will be back to Luxor
