Itinerary:
Day 1:
Upon arrival at Cairo Airport you will find our airport representative who will meet and assist you to finish all the procedures early and smoothly after that he will escort you in our private, modern a/c vehicle to check in your hotel.
Day 2:
Early in the morning and after having your breakfast in the hotel meet your qualified, professional tour guide who will take you to visit GIZA PYRAMIDS one of the seven wonders of ancient world and then go to the highest place there to enjoy seeing the amazing view of the three pyramids together and then move to the Sphinx the gigantic statue of Egypt a man headed a lion cut into one block of limestone built by king Chephren the one who built the second pyramids of Giza and see the Valley temple where ancient Egyptian people used to make the mummification process there after that go to have your lunch at a good quality restaurant overlooking at pyramids. Later explore Memphis the first capital for united Kingdoms of Egypt built by king Narmer the one who united upper and lower Egypt in 3200 B.C. There you can see the gigantic statue of king Ramses the second and you can see the Alabaster sphinx of Memphis. Later go to Dahshur pyramids where you can see the Bent Pyramid and you can go inside the Red Pyramid both of them were built by king Senfru the founder of the fourth dynasty. Finally go to Sakkara to visit the step pyramid the first pyramid built in ancient Egypt by king Zoser about 2750 B.C and go inside Teti pyramid to see the hieroglyphics of the pyramid text and then to go inside Kagemni Mastaba the vizier tomb. And then go back to your hotel.
Day 3:
Early departure to visit Alexandria the bride of the Mediterranean Sea built by Alexander the Great in the 4th century B.C. to be the capital of Egypt. After three hours driving with one break stop on the High way you will arrive the first place is the Montazah royal gardens or the forbidden city of Egypt built by the royal family to have the summer resident palace. After that you will go to see the famous library of Alexandra built to revive the ancient Alexandra bibliotheca. And then move to see the catacomb found in 1901 by chance when a donkey felt into the shaft lead to discover the catacomb, it is three levels cut into the rock. After that go to see Pompeii pillar in the ruins of Alexandria Serapeum temple dedicated to the Roman emperor Diocletian who exempted the Egyptian paying taxes to Rome. Later see the castle of king Qaitbay a fortress built on the Mediterranean cost to prevent the attacks of ottomans on Egypt. Have your lunch in the most famous restaurant in Alexandra FISH MARKET enjoying the fresh Mediterranean sea food, and then drive back to Cairo.
Day 4:
Full day dedicated to visiting the Egyptian museum the most important antiquities museum of ancient Egypt housing more than 120,000 masterpiece representing the Pharaohs’ art and see the treasures of the golden Pharaoh Tutankhamen discovered by Howard Carter in 1922 its discovery story led people to believe in the curse of the mummy, after that have your lunch in local restaurant by the river Nile. Go to see the Coptic area in old Cairo where you can see the Hanging Church and you can see the crypt church of Abu Serga where the Holy family used to live in for few days during their journey to Egypt, after that go to see the Citadel the castle of Saladin dates back to the middle ages in the 12th century to be as a royal court for Egyptian kings. Then back to the hotel.
Day 5:
On this day you will visit the area of Suez canal which is linking the Mediterranean Sea with the Red Sea to minimize the time of the journey from Asia to Europe, Egypt economy mainly depends on Suez canal, visit the canal and cross the bridge to see the movements of the gigantic ships see the museum of the canal and the statue of the French man the founder of the canal, have your lunch and then come back to Cairo.
Day 6:
Wonder at the oldest Mosque in Egypt still existing as before Ibn tulun Mosque go to the top of the minaret to see panoramic view for all over Cairo, later go to see the masterpiece of Islamic civilization sultan Hassan Mosque see beside it Al Refae Mosque where you can see the royal family tombs, see the city of the dead about tombs and mausoleums built five hundreds of years ago but poor people live inside so we called city of the dead, after that go watch the oriental life of the Islamic Cairo while walking in allies of el Muezz street see the oldest gate of the old city and take a free time for shopping in Cairo market khan el Khalili bazar.
Day 7:
After having your breakfast and checking out from your hotel our airport representative meet you to take you to Cairo international airport to take your flight back home.
