ASWAN DAY TOUR KITCHENER ISLAND& BOTANIC GARDENS AND ELEPHANTINE ISLAND BY FELUCCA

Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel to visit the island of Lord Kitchener (it was named after him and given to him in the 1890s for his role in the Sudanese campaigns. He was an extraordinary gardener so much that he turned the island into a botanical garden. Many trees were brought from abroad and cultivated for timber, oil and fruit crops. It also has beautiful flowers and unusual pants as well as exotic birds. The island is now owned by the Egyptian government. Then sail to Elephantine Island which is the largest of Aswan islands then drive you back to your hotel.
